Rolart Studio Policy

Getting Started

The amount must be fully paid, in order to start. All orders must be formally received and signed by a representative.

We assign a reasonable time to gather the information. Once the information is formally given, you cannot add more information to the job, unless it is formally agreed (signed) by both parties. Doing so, it may affect the initial price given.

If a previous order is pending or not fully paid, your new order will not proceed. We give our customers a reasonable time, and opportunities to cover their previous orders.

Cancellation

Stage 1: If the job has not being started, there will be a 5% of your total balance fee plus $30 for administrative purposes.
Stage 2: If the designs, setups, or items were started or bought, we will add the additional designated charge or restocking fee per each action made.
Stage 3: There will be no refunds after producing the job.

Approval Procedure

Rolart Studio will need your approval dated and signature, for design, orthography, and information content in order to print any job. NO EXEPTIONS. You may also FORMALY declare that you will take the full responsibility, if the design does not need to be approved. Rolart Studio is not responsible for any typed error, after accepting the design of the file. If you accept the design, orthography, and information content, the file will go straight to print.

IMAGES / DESIGNS / LOGOS: When you receive any image/design/logo from Rolart Studio, they are for previewing purposes only. All images/designs/logos belong to Rolart Studio, until the declared fee is properly and fully paid. You may not duplicate our images/designs/logos, in any way. If the image/design/logo needs to be corrected, you may write the notes on the document given and send back. Please sign papers along with date and send back, in order to process your order.

File Setup

The proper design fee will apply if the design needs changes, does not follow our margins, and/or is not on the right format.

Signs, Thermography, Textile Print: Illustrator and CorelDraw.
Full Color: JPEG, PSD, PDF

Margin for jobs vary according to size. Please contact any of our representatives for best results.
Please submit the files converted to curves or outlines, unless you formally agree that they need to be modified.

Full Color Printing

Margin for all jobs is 1/8” as MINIMUM, at a resolution of 300dpi, and preferably CMYK format.
FULL COLOR BUSINESS CARDS SIZE IS NOT 3.5”x2.” The real size for Full Color Business Cards is 3.75”x2.25” with a margin of ¼” on all sides.
When converting to CMYK the colors have a tendency to get a little bit darker. Blues have a tendency to turn a little purple. Yellows have a tendency to turn green. It is recommended to submit a file on CMYK, so it is as you sent it.
Please submit the files Flattered, unless you formally agree that they need to be modified.

Thermography

Margin for all jobs is 1/8” as MINIMUM.
Please submit the files converted to curves or outlines, unless you formally agree that they need to be modified.

Turnaround Times

FULL COLOR times run from 5 to 10 business days, from the design approval date. Rush delivery runs from 3 to 5 business days, from the design approval date.
For Booklets, Magazines and NON-UV printing, our orders run from 5 to 10 business days, from the design approval date.

SIGNS, our times run from 10 to 15 business days, from the design approval date. Rush delivery runs from 5 to 10 business days, from the design approval date.

DESIGNS AND LOGOS, our times run from 10 to 15 business days, from the design approval date. Rush delivery runs from 5 to 10 business days, from the design approval date.

TIMES ARE ESTIMATED AND NOT GUARANTEED.
WE DON NOT GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR DELAYED ORDERS.
We advice our customers to submit their orders in advance. A mistake on the job may delay your order. Please ask any Rolart Studio representative for the designated Rush Fees.

Web Design / Websites

In order to start website, we assign a reasonable time to gather the information for the website. After the information is formally given, you cannot add more information to the job, unless it is formally agreed (signed) by both parties. Doing so, it may affect the initial price given. If the information is never given, the job will be processed as Cancellation Stage 1.

Once the website is finished, you can only make MINOR changes to the sites. This will be evaluated by a Rolart Studio representative.

Late Fees & Actions

Rolart Studio provides services in good faith and expects to be compensated for balances upon your legal signature and/or initial payments. We give our customers formal paying attempts that follow reasonable actions before talking a final legal action. Our attempts consist in the following:

1st Action: If the balance is not fully paid by our requested due date, a 5% penalty fee of the Total Customer Balance, will be added to your initial balance. Also, a friendly letter will be mailed stating this 1st action. We give our customers 10 days to cover the balance of this 1st attempt, before a 2nd action takes place.
2nd Action: If the balance along with the 1st penalty fee is not fully paid with in the 10 days given, a 20% late penalty fee will be applied to the present balance. Also, another letter will be mailed stating this 2nd action. We give our customers 10 days to cover the balance of their 2st attempt, along with the balance of the 1st attempt, before Rolart Studio takes a 3rd action.
3rd Action: Rolart Studio will pass your balance, order, information, and copy of our letters sent, to our Business Attorney. Our attorneys will make a final attempt to cover the final balances and fees through a Attorneys & Counselors at Law letter, before Rolart Studio takes a 4th action.
4th Action: Rolart Studio has all the legal rights to proceed a legal action. Small Claims Legal Action Law Suit will take place and you as the Purchaser & Defendant of court will be obligated to pay any further debts to Rolart Studio & Plaintiff at court during legal proceeding: Legal fees, Court fees, Small Claim Filing fees, Wages and Time lost.

One must fully understand and comprehend under the Texas law in which I or my company is legally obligated to follow. Any changes to any of Rolart Studio contract can only be made if they are FORMALLY agreed (signed) by both parties. Rolart Studio should keep an original signed copy for our records.
